On-site visits are available on every plan and for pay-as-you-go clients, anywhere in Southern Oregon. Visits are scheduled ahead of time; same-day on-site service isn't guaranteed. Trips outside Klamath Falls may include a travel charge, quoted up front.
Monthly plan: no minimum term, cancel anytime. Annual plan: 12-month commitment with the first month free. Pay as you go: no plan needed. Your domain, website and accounts stay in your name.

Is there a contract?
Commit for 12 months. No setup fee, your first month is free, and your price stays the same all year. $99 one-time setup. Cancel anytime. Your monthly price is locked for your first 12 months. Call or text when something comes up and pay per job. Your rates are locked for your first year. The annual plan and optional $0-down starter website have separate 12-month commitments; the monthly plan and pay-as-you-go work do not.
What if I'm not happy?
For an agreed urgent Quick Fix, you pay only if you're happy with the fix. Not happy after your first month on a monthly plan? You get that month's plan fee back.
Are software and text fees included?
We will agree on the missed-call text-back usage cap and any outside software or message costs before setup.
What happens if I need more hours?
Basic Care includes 30 minutes of changes; Local Plus includes 1 hour; Tech Partner adds about 2 remote hours for office tech. We price extra work before doing it.
Will I own my accounts and website?
Yes. Your accounts, domain, and website stay in your name. No account lock-in.
