I'm Tim. Klamath Falls based, working with people across all of Southern Oregon — Klamath, Jackson, Josephine, Douglas, Lake. Most of what I do happens in Discord and on my PC, so a client in Roseburg or Grants Pass is just as easy as one across town. Some calls turn into work. Some calls just turn into the right answer for free. Either way is fine.
Established 2026 · Klamath Falls, OregonI started in IT in the early 2000s — networks, servers, helpdesk, the unglamorous stuff that has to actually work. Over the years I added web development, then SEO, then reputation management, then AI implementation. Today most engagements are some braided combination of those: "my site is slow, my Google reviews are stuck at 3.8, and we keep losing leads after-hours" is a Tuesday for me.
What hasn't changed in 23 years: I'd rather tell you the right answer than sell you the wrong one. Sometimes that means scoping a real project. Sometimes that means a 30-minute call where I tell you the vendor you're already paying is fine, and here's the one setting to flip. Either is a good outcome.
Every engagement starts with a 30–60 minute call. No deck. No upsell. The goal is to figure out what you actually need — which sometimes turns out to be different from what you thought you needed when you booked the call.
Tell me what's going on. I'll listen, ask a few questions, and give you my honest read. If we're a fit, we keep talking. If we're not, I'll tell you who in town you should be calling instead — that's not a polite line, I genuinely have a list.
Most projects are scoped one-time engagements with a clear deliverable. No retainer creep, no monthly bill that grows on its own. If ongoing support is the right shape (and sometimes it is), we'll structure that explicitly.
Code in your GitHub. Domain in your registrar. Cloud accounts in your name. Reviews in your Google login. Everything I build for you stays yours — including if we stop working together. That's not a perk, that's how it should always be.
I've talked people out of buying things. I've told business owners "the vendor you're already paying does this, here's the setting." Those calls don't bill. They build trust — and trust is the long game.
Below is what people most often hire me for. The list is not exhaustive — if your problem doesn't fit one of these neatly, that's a good sign you should call. The braided problems are the interesting ones.
Modern, fast, accessible sites that actually convert. WordPress when WordPress is right; Astro / Next.js when it isn't. Most rebuilds cut page weight 80–90% and recover Lighthouse scores from the 30s into the 80s+.
The unglamorous SEO that actually moves rankings — site speed, schema, real content, Google Business Profile cleanup, NAP consistency across directories. I don't sell "guaranteed page-1 rankings." Anyone who does is lying.
Move your Google rating from 3.8 to 4.6 with a system that asks every customer at the right moment, routes negatives privately first, and removes unfair 1-stars where they violate Google's terms. Real reviews from real customers — never fake.
The stuff people are confused about right now. AI receptionist that answers your phone at 2am. Internal AI agents trained on your actual SOPs. Custom GPTs / Claude projects for repetitive workflows. I'll tell you what's worth building and what's hype.
23 years of "my Outlook stopped working" / "the printer just won't" / "we got a weird email from the bank." If it plugs in or has a screen, I've probably touched it. I do real IT for small businesses without enterprise IT budgets.
Most calls end up being some combination of the above, plus a strategic question about how it all fits together. Those are my favorite. Bring the messy version of the problem — the one you don't quite know how to describe — and we'll untangle it together.
Klamath Falls is home base, but most of the work happens in Discord and on my PC — so geography inside Southern Oregon doesn't matter. A client in Grants Pass or Roseburg gets the same response time as one across town. If a job genuinely needs me on-site, I'll drive.
Paste your URL below. In ~30 seconds you'll get Google's official Lighthouse audit — the same audit Google's ranking algorithm uses. No email. No sign-up. No sales call required to see the result.
Tell me a bit about what's going on. I'll get back to you within a business day to set up a free 30–60 minute call. No deck, no slides, no sales follow-ups. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you that on the call and point you toward someone who is.
